Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Due to the nature of this item all sales are final. We do not accepts returns, exchanges or cancellations. However, if an item is damaged due to a manufacture error (such as leaks, improper sealing or decal issues), we will provide a replacement cup at no additional cost. 

Please be advised that air bubbles within the cup, which can occur as a natural result of the shipping process, are not grounds for replacement. These bubbles are considered an inevitable aspect of the shipping and handling process.
